ANNUAL DECORATION at Farmer Family Cemetery July 13 at 10 a.m. A paved road now leads to the cemetery from Mineral Bluff Hwy by turning on Hardscrabble Rd into Farmer Estates subdivision. The cemetery is in the back of the subdivision. Decoration is always the second Sunday in July.

A VERY GOOD PLACE to Art featuring paintings, drawings, and pottery by students and instructors of AACA visual arts classes. The work can be viewed at The Arts Center, 320 North White Street, Athens, Tennessee, from June 23 – July 31, 2014. This exhibit gives local art students an opportunity to show what they have created as a part of art classes at The Arts Center.
