Pursuant to the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA), Section 13-7-203 (a), notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Ducktown Board of Commissioners on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at the Ducktown City Hall located at 340 Main Street, Ducktown, TN 37326 beginning at 6:30 p.m.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive input in reference to a proposed amendment to the Ducktown Zoning Ordinance to require a build-to line for new construction in the C-1 Zoning District. A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file at the Ducktown City Hall and may be inspected during normal operating hours. 
 Any interested party is invited to appear before the Ducktown Board of Commissioners and be heard in approval of or disapproval of the proposed amendment to the Ducktown Zoning Ordinance.
