It appearing from the Complaint in this cause, which is sworn to, that the Defendant, JASON EDWARD BALDWIN’S residence may still be within the State of Tennessee; and it further appearing that his exact whereabouts are unknown so that ordinary process cannot be served upon him.
It is therefore ordered that said Defendant, JASON EDWARD BALDWIN, will appear and make defense within thirty (30) days of the Complaint, or the same will be taken for confessed as to default and set for hearing ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published for four consecutive weeks in the POLK COUNTY NEWS, a newspaper published in Benton, Tennessee.
Within that time Defendant is also required to serve a copy of his pleadings upon M. SUSIE STARNES, Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 223 Harle Avenue NW, Cleveland, Tennessee 37311.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION and TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS

In this cause, it appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition seeking to terminate forever any parental right of the biological Father, Charles Crisp, of Labron Alexander Crisp, a minor, a copy of which Petition may be obtained at the Office of the Chancery Court Clerk of McMinn County, Tennessee, at Athens; that the whereabouts of Charles Crisp is unknown and, therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served on him.
Said Respondent is hereby summoned and required to serve an Answer upon this Court and upon Petitioner’s attorney, Doris Matthews, 400 Main Street, Madisonville, Tennessee 37354, within thirty (30) days after the last insertion of this publication and make defense to the Petition filed in this matter. If Respondent fails to do so, Judgment by Default may be taken against him for the relief demanded in the Petition, and set for hearing ex parte.
This Notice shall be published for four consecutive weeks in the Polk County News, a newspaper published in Polk County, Tennessee.
