NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

In accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA), Section 13-7-203(a), notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Ducktown City Commission on Thursday March 6, 2014 at 6:30 P.M. at the Ducktown City Hall located at 340 Main Street, Ducktown, Tn 37326. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a proposed amendment to the Ducktown Zoning Map to rezone parcels located on or near Highway 68, specifically parcel 115C C 001.00, 115C C 002.00, and a portion of parcel 115C C 007.00 from the Low Density Residential (R1) Zoning District to the Central Business (C1) District, said area being located within the corporate limits of Ducktown, Tennessee.

 

A complete copy of the amendment is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Ducktown City Hall.

 

All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
