Limburg, wife and husband, recorded in TD Book 321, Page 214, in the Register’s Office for Polk County, Tennessee, will sell for cash, at a foreclosure sale requested by ORNL Federal Credit Union, the property described below. WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated January 28, 2002, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded February 7, 2002, at Book 270, Page 109 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Polk County, Tennessee, executed by Joseph L.
