Mr. William Donald Bruce, age 69, of Copperhill, TN passed away October 24, 2012 at his home. William was born November 27, 1942 in Liberty, NC to the late E. E. Bruce and Bertha Price Bruce.  A Deacon of the Isabella Baptist Church, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara Hedden Bruce. William was a master craftsman, an artist, and a talented pianist. He worked for the Tennessee Copper Company for over 20 years.

Survivors include: sons & wifes, William & Mary Bruce, Jeffrey & Tammie Bruce, sisters, Jeannet Radford, Frances Dailey, Bobbie Garrett, brothers, Tim Bruce, Charles Bruce, grandchildren, Jessica  Burger,  Sarah Brindle, Emily Bruce,  Hunter Bruce, Samantha Bruce,  Shawn Bruce,  Alex Bruce, great-grandchildren: Isabella Brindle, Paislee Brindle, Alyssa Brindle, Andrew Brindle,  Lakota Patterson, and  Malachi Burger. Also many nieces and nephews survive.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, October 27, 2012  at 2:00 pm  at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with the Reverends Hoyt Carr and Joshua Ledford officiating.  Music was provided by Rev. James Jenkins. Interment followed in the Crestlawn Cemetery with Rev. Brad Ledford officiating. The gentlemen serving as Pallbearers included Alden Dilbeck, Keith Dilbeck, Shannon Payne, Rev. Don Padgett, Rev. Tommy Hayes, and Arnold Hemming.
