Betty Duggan Witt Culler, 64, a resident of Ocoee, TN passed away at her home on Tuesday afternoon October 2, 2012.  Betty was born in Farner, TN on October 9, 1947 a daughter of the late John and Stella Duggan.  Betty was a lifelong resident of Polk County and a member of the New Zion Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by two sisters Anita Duggan and Doris Duggan, and also two brothers Jimmy Duggan and J. C. Duggan.

Betty leaves behind to cherish her memory one daughter Dana Long of Ocoee, TN, one son Roger Witt (Crystal) of Crandall, GA, three sisters Joyce Vest of Ocoee, TN, Juanita Brown of Dalton, GA, and Rachel Ledford of Delano, TN, one brother Gary Duggan of Farner, TN, three grandchildren Cameron Witt, Shane Long, Cheyenne Long, and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

A funeral service was held on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the New Zion Baptist Church located at 100 New Zion Church Road, Farner, TN 37333 with the Reverend Raymond Akins and the Reverend Keith Raper officiating. Interment will followed in the church cemetery with Tony Ledford, Scottie Ledford, Kevin Ledford, Cameron Witt, Marvin Grooms, and Johnny Winter serving as pallbearers.
