Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of May 2012, Letters Testamentary in respect of the estate of Martha Frances Sinzli, who died on March 6, 2012 were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court (Probate Division) of Polk County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the Chancery Court within the earlier of four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death, otherwise their claims may be forever barred.

Code of Ordinances by adding a new chapter to said title: Pit bull regulations
That this ordinance and the rules, regulations, provisions, requirements, orders and matters established and adopted hereby shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its final passage, being May 3, 2012, the public welfare requiring it.
