SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
Whereas, by Deed of Trust dated January 12, 2007, recorded at Book TD350, page 253 in the Register’s Office for Polk County, Tennessee, John W. Blankenship, Greg Tinsley, Reid Thompson and Jason Fennely, conveyed the hereinafter described property to Tri State Land Title, Trustee to secure their debts owing to Appalachian Community Bank (hereinafter “Bank”). On March 22, 2012, Walter N. Winchester of Knoxville, Tennessee, was appointed as Successor Trustee by the Bank.
