NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated September 17, 2009, and recorded on September 29, 2009, in Book TD401, Page 218, in the Register’s Office of Polk County, Tennessee (“Register’s Office”), as modified by Modification Agreement dated December 30, 2009, and recorded on February 10, 2010 in Book TD406, Page 126 in the Register’s Office (collectively, the “Deed of Trust”), KILEY R.
