James Presley Jr., 24, sale/delivery Schedule II drug. Nolle. Sale/delivery Schedule II drug, Serve four years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs. Criminal conspiracy, 2 years, reduced to probation, $1,000 fine and costs, $100 to Polk County Drug Fund.

Larry Shane Durham, 32, possession meth for resale. $2,000 fine and costs, 8 years with credit for time served.

Joshua Locke, 27, introduction of drugs into a penal facility. Dismissed.

Teresa Darlene Crumbly, reinstated to probation with requirement she completion Judicial Drug Court program.

James Goss, violation of probation on charge of reckless endangerment by failing drug screen, failure to pay costs. To serve two years with credit for time served.

Nichole Elizabeth Edge, violation of probation on charge of forgery by moving without report, failing to report, failing to pay. To serve two years with credit for time served.

Jeremy L. Shoemaker, violation of probation on charge of possession of prohibited weapon by moving without permission, failing to report, failing to pay. To serve one years with credit for time served.

Lance Edward Rogers, 32, 3^rd offense driving on revoked license, dismissed. Possession burglary tools, 11 months, 29 days, reduced to probation, to pay costs. Theft up to $500, 11-29 probation concurrent, to pay costs. Vandalism, 2 years reduced to probation, to pay costs and restitution of $700 to Custodian of Records, Johnson Coca Cola.

Deborah Morrow, 53, sale/delivery of oxycodone. 3 years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs, $100 to Polk County Drug Fund.

Gregory Cross, violation of probtion on drug sale by failing to work, moving without informing probation, failure to report, drug use, failure to pay. To serve 4 years with referral to Community Corrections, credit for time served.

Keith Bryan Goins, 26, theft of property. 2 years, reduced to probation, pay costs and $2,000 restitution to TW Wyatt Construction Co. Theft less than $500, dismissed.

Chadwick Cross, 27, sale/delivery Schedule II drug. 3 years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs, $150 to Polk County Drug Fund.

Roy Wilcox, 38, initiating process to manufacture meth. 8 years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs.

Steven Jay Morgan, 42, possession Schedule IV (Zane) for resale. Dismissed. Possession weapon during commission of felony, dismissed. Possession Schedule II drug for resale, dismissed. Possession of hydrocodone for resale, dismissed. Possession marijuana for resale, 2 years reduced to probation after 14 days, $2,000 fine and costs. Possession drug paraphernalia, 11/29 reduced to probation, $150 fine and costs.

Charles Edward Ledford, 65, sale/delivery Schedule II drug, reduced to simple possession. 11 monts/29 days reduced to probation after serving 75%, $2,000 fine and costs. Sale/delivery Schedule II drug, dismissed.

Richard White, 35, simple possession marijuana, nolle. Sale/delivery of marijuana, 4 years, reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs, $250 to Drug Fund.

Possession of weapon by convicted felon, reduced possession weapon with intent to go armed. 30 days, reduced to probation, forfeit weapon.

Jack Lowery, 58, solicitation of a minor. 4 years with credit for time served, to pay costs, register with sex offender registry. Aggravated sexual battery, 4 years concurrent, to pay costs. Solicitation of a minor, nolle.
