West, 409.62 feet; thence North 0 deg. 58 min. 18 sec. West, 51.90 feet to the beginning point.  Said tract containing 0.69 acres, more or less being shown by survey of Doyle A. McCracken, TRLS # 745, dated August 25, 2000 styled “Darlene Blackwell”.
There is also conveyed the right to use a perpetual non-exclusive road right of way easement being a uniform width of 20’ and extending along Southeast line of the above-conveyed tract and thence extending Southwesterly to Welcome Valley Road as further described in Deed Book 79, Page 377 in said Register’s Office.
