    NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, OCOEE LAND HOLDINGS, LLC, executed a deed of trust securing CHATTANOOGA AGRICULTURAL CREDIT ASSOCIATION of record in Book TD 380, Pages 344-351, in the Register’s Office of Polk County, Tennessee, said deed of trust being incorporated by this reference, and CHATTANOOGA AGRICULTURAL CREDIT ASSOCIATION is the owner and holder of the note secured by said deed of trust;
WHEREAS, OCOEE LAND HOLDINGS, LLC, conveyed part of the herein described land to Land Discoveries, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, by deed recorded on March 3, 2010, and recorded in Book 265, Page 424, in the Register’s Office of Polk County, Tennessee;
