It appearing from the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and for Adoption in the cause, which is sworn to by the Petitioners and Co-Petitioners, that the biological father Brian Seamon is a non-resident of the state of Tennessee, and it further appearing that his wherabouts are unknown so that ordinary process cannot be served upon the defendant. It is therefore Ordered that said defendant will appear and make defense within thirty (30) days to the complaint or the same will be taken for confessed as to him and set for hearing ex parte, and that a copy of this order be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Benton, Polk County, Tennessee.
