Polk County Road Department will be accepting bids until 10:00 a.m. on September 14, 2010 at the Benton Office.

At this time bids will be opened for resurfacing 2.811 mi. on Cookson Creek Road and 1.005 mi. on Smith Road. Tack should be included in Asphalt price.

All Material and workmanship must meet Tennessee Department of Transportation Specifications. Field Inspection will be conducted by Tennessee D.O.T. personnel. All Bids must be submitted by licensed contractors on an approved bid form.
