NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the
covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated September 27,
2006, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded September
29, 2006, at Book TD344, Page 18 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Polk
County, Tennessee, executed by Jeffrey A. Duke and April L. Duke, conveying
certain property therein described to Larry A. Weissman as Trustee for Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as a separate corporation that is acting
solely as a nominee for Suntrust Mortgage, Inc. and Suntrust Mortgage, Inc.'s
successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Shellie Wallace of Wilson &
Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire
indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Shellie

209.11 feet to an iron pin; thence North 56 degrees 41 minutes West 204.15 feet
