Page 218, in the Register's Office of Polk County, Tennessee ("Register's
Office"), as modified by Modification Agreement dated December 30,

Register's Office (collectively, the "Deed of Trust"), KILEY
R. WARD ("Borrower") conveyed to PROFESSIONAL TITLE SERVICES,
INC., of Cleveland,Bradley
County, Tennessee, Trustee for the benefit of BOWATER EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION
("BECU"), the property therein described (the "Property"),
to secure payment of an Adjustable Rate Note dated September 17, 2009, executed
by Borrower in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thirty Seven
Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($137,350,00), in favor of BECU
