Brian E. Gladson, 25, theft over $500. 1 year, reduced to probation with credit for time served, $2,000 restitution. Aggravated burglary, 4 years, reduced to probation after 6 months, $2,000 restitution.
Keith A. Beachy, revocation of probation on charge of reckless aggravated assault by new arrest, failure to pay, assaultive behavior.
Joshua Locke, pretrial diversion for two years. Charges to be dismissed if no problems and $2,000 fine and costs paid.
Scott Farris, 38, aggravated sexual battery. Dismissed. Sexual or simulated sexual activity involving minors, reduced to statutory rape. Two years, reduced to probation, to pay costs.
Nathan Scheffler, order declaring him as Habitual Motor Vehicle Offender. Barred from operating a motor vehicle in Tennessee, to surrender license.
Daniel Morrow, 19, burglary. 3 years, reduced to probation, to pay costs and $700 restitution to Ducktown Basin Museum. Theft, dismissed. Vandalism, dismissed.
Matthew Barnett, 27, aggravated assault, 3 years concurrent with Violation of Probation sentence, to pay costs.
Lahoma Self, 40, possession Schedule II drug for resale. Nolle. Possession of Schedule IV drug for resale, 3 years reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs, credit for time served. Theft, nolle.
Jeffery Barnes, attempted burglary, 2 years reduced to probation, to pay costs and $358.61 restitution. Vandalism, dismissed.
Aaron Baliles, 39, sale/delivery of marijuana, reduced to simple possession. 11 months/29 days reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs, Alcohol/Drug assessment and follow through with recommendations.
Patricia Ratcliff, 30, sale/delivery of Schedule III drug. Dismissed. Sale/delivery of Schedule IV drug. Two yars $2,000 fine and costs, Sessions Court case to be nolle’d.
Keith Andrew Beachy, 28, aggravated assault. 3 years, reduced to probation after 5 months, to pay costs and restitution, no contact with victim. Vandalism, dismissed.
Stacy N. Mason, 36, promoting manufacture of meth, 2 years reduced to probation, $2,000 fine and costs, credit for time served.
Robert E. Hedrick, revocation of probation on drug charges by arrest, possession of firearm, reckless driving, other charges, failure to report arrests, failure to pay. Credit for time served.
Sterling Watts Jr., revocation petition dismissed on time served, discharged from active supervision.
Michael Darnell, 38, possession of marijuana for resale. One year with credit for time served, $2,000 fine and costs.
Jonathan Stroud, 27, aggravated assault. Dismissed; has successfully completed pre-trial diversion.
