payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by that certain Deed of
Trust executed on March 15, 2007, by William Hancock II and Victoria Hancock to
PRLAP, Inc., Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of

Trust"); and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said
Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; and WHEREAS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., the current
