Joshua A. Cornelius, simple possession. Dismissed; $250 fine and $316.78 costs on conditional plea. Underage consumption, dismissed; $100 fine, $241.78 costs.

Sherry A. Vallanueva, assault. Dismissed.

Edwin J. Simone, theft under $500. Dismissed; judicial diversion, to pay $316.66 restitution.

Ronnie E. Mullinax, possession Schedule II drug for resale, $2,000 fine, $316.78 costs. Possession Schedule IV drug, $750 fine, $316.78 costs.

Paul E. King, violation of probation. To serve 30 days.

Douglas Elrod, violation of probation. Serve 2 days, 15 days community service.
