September 25 – Brian Garen, 19, Copperhill, Violation probation … Martha I. Bedwell, 50, Etowah, Domestic assault … Eusebio Martinez Chavez, 35, Driving without a license, violation child restraint law.

September 26 – Dennis M. Mullinax, 24, Old Fort, Probation violation.

September 27 – Ricky Wright, 22, Isabella, Violation probation.

September 22 – A dispute between neighbors and children riding an ATV without a helmet was reported in Reliance … A man was reported spinning gravel in a driveway in Old Fort … Theft of a refrigerator and woodstove were reported on Mountain View Rd … A child custody dispute was reported on Old Fort Rd … Vandalism was reported on Old Fort Rd … Fire was reported on Hwy 30 just off Hwy 411. A torn down mobile home was being burned … Speeding was reported at Savannah Place … An 18-wheeler was reported blocking the road at Ocoee Express.

September 23 – Beer cans were reported found and porta-potties were turned over at the corn maze on Hwy 64 … Breaking and entering and theft of a cabinet were reported in Reliance.

September 24 – Request was made to remove someone from a residence on Hwy 411.

September 25 – A suspicious person was reported on Cherokee Trail … A fire alarm was reported at CB Elementary. Turned out alarm company was working on it … A stray dog was reported killing chickens on Dunn Rd … A custody dispute and children without safety seats were reported in Reliance … A suspicious motorcycle was reported on Oak Grove Rd … Kids were reported in the road on Davis Curbow Rd … Hay bales were reported in Hwy 411 at Antioch Church Rd … A wreck was reported at PCHS … A wreck was reported on Campbell Branch Rd …
