August 11 – A tractor trailer was reported side-swiping a car on Hwy 64 west of Ducktown. No one was injured.

August 12 – Theft of a dryer was reported on Maynor Springs Rd … Attempted vehicle B&E was reported on Benton Station Rd … A police pursuit from Cherokee County was reported ending in Polk County when the vehicle crashed at Hwy 64 and Airport Rd … A prowler was reported in Turtletown … A disabled vehicle was reported at Boyd Gap.

August 13 – Reckless driving was reported at Cougar Express … Inappropriate text messages and contributing to the delinquency of a minor was reported on Sloans Gap Rd … A prowler was reported on Oak Grove Rd … Dirt bikes were reported on Stephenson Rd … An engine was reported out of water at the Lowery Rd crossing … A family dispute was reported on Parks Drive.
