Shane L. Runyan, criminal trespass. $50 fine and costs, no contact with victim or property, cash bond of $547.56.

James L. Lowe, criminal trespass. $450 fine and costs, no contact with victim, cash bond $507.56.

Nathan Scheffler, driving on revoked. $60 fine and costs, 48 hours.

Jimmy D. Morgan, public intoxication. 30 days suspended. No contact with Ray Davis or his wife. Criminal trespass, nolle. Possession legend drug, nolle.

Jerry D. Morrison, criminal trespass, nolle. Theft under $500, $100 fine and costs.

Robert C. Coward, domestic assault. $250 fine and costs, complete anger management class, 14 days in jail, no contact with victim.

Paul C. Whaley, criminal trespass, nolle. Theft under $500, $100 fine and costs, no contact with victim.

Robin D. Beard, criminal trespass. Nolle. Theft, $100 fine and costs, stay off victim’s property.

James Coalson, criminal trespass. Nolle.

Brandi L. Cross, violation of court order. Dismissed.

Jennifer Stevenson, violation of probation, 30 days, enhanced probation on release on cash bond of $2,071.

Lacey Duggan, violation of probation. Paid cash bond.

Charles B. Harper, violation of probation. 30 days, then back on probation or pay $1,200 good faith bond to be released.
