May 19 – Larry James Freeman, 47, Etowah, DUI, driving on revoked, violation implied consent, open container.

May 20 – Ernest W. Nelms, 47, Benton, Disorderly conduct.

May 23 – Richard Allen Moore, 42, Ocoee, Felony possession marijuana, possession of a weapon, possession drug paraphernalia, DUI 2nd offense, violation implied consent.

May 24 – Kevin Cronan, 31, Cleveland, Driving on suspended license, second offense … Shawn Anthony Wengerd, 20, Cleveland, Criminal trespassing, resisting, underage consumption.

May 25 – Steve Dudle Morgan, 47, Delano, Domestic assault … Guy Alan Cobb, 42, Athens, Violation probation … Edwin Joseph Simone, 18, Reliance, Theft under $500, simple possession, possession drug paraphernalia, possession prohibited weapon … Jonah Byers, 18, Benton, Contributing to the delinquency of a minor, theft under $500, contraband in penal institution.

May 19 – A male was reported acting odd in Ocoee … An unruly juvenile was reported in Ocoee.

May 20 – Shots were reported fired on Mtn View Rd.

May 21 – Unwanted advances and vandalism were reported on Friendship Lane … A bush hog with mechanical problems was reported on Hwy 64 at the Dam … Breech of trust was reported on Burgess Crossing … A structure fire was reported on Horns Creek Rd.

May 22 – Assault was reported on Bishop Lane … A high speed pursuit coming out of Englewood was reported coming into Delano and continued through the county … Threats were reported on Dentville Rd … Theft was reported in Old Fort. A freezer, air conditioner, TV & receiver, DVD player, and riding mower were taken … Theft of gas was reported on Hooker Rd … A reckless tractor trailer was reported on Hwy 411 … Racing vehicles were reported on Hwy 64 … A wreck was reported at Hwy 64 & 411.

May 24 – An illegally parked vehicle was reported at CSX tracks in Conasauga … A motorcycle wreck was reported on hwy 64 … A stolen wallet was reported in Old Fort … A young male was reported playing chicken at the Conasauga RR crossing … A disturbance with neighbors was reported at Dewey Ramsey Trailer Park … Public drunks were reported on Welcome Valley Rd … A dog bite was reported in Reliance …Reckless motorcycles were reported on Antioch Church Rd … A wreck was reported at the Kangaroo in Benton … A bear was reported on Browder Rd.
