Charles R. Smith, public intoxication. Dismissed on conditional plea, $10 fine plus costs.

Joseph Korn, simple possession of marijuana, $350 fine, $316.78 costs. Possession drug paraphernalia, $50 fine, $316.78 costs.

Stanley A. Bardett, violation of probation. Serve 11/29 concurrent with criminal charges.

Brandon M. Postelle, violation of probation, serve 20 days, complete counseling.

Joseph Korn, violation of probation, serve 60 days.

Fred Wilcoxon, theft. Case heard May 9 in Bradley County with Carl Petty as special prosecutor for the state. Bound over to Grand Jury.

Josh Bloomer, violation of probation. 7 months, then back on probation.

William Walden, violation of probation. 6 months, then back on probation.

Tabitha Peak Stonecipher, violation of probation. Released to probation and counseling.
