Under the provisions of Section 57-205, Tennessee Code Annotated, as amended, effective May 1, 1972: Don Calderone (Hiwassee Holdings LLC) PO Box 22 Reliance, TN 37369 on 4-23-08 filed an application to the Polk County Beer Board Commission for a license to sell beer at the following location: Map: 038D Parcel 050.00 (179 Tellico Reliance RD) To be known as: Hiwassee Café. Application is for on and off premises sales.

Business formerly known as: Hiwassee Preserve LLC with Kevin Klier as permittee.
