The nature of the relief being sought is for the registration and domestication, in the District Courts of North Carolina, of a foreign “Order of Legitimation” entered against you by the State of Tennessee and for an increase the amount of child support that you were Ordered to pay there under. You are required to make a defense to such action within 40 days of April 2, 2008. Upon your failure to make the required defense to this action within the time period stated, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court stated above for the relief sought.

OF THE CITY OF COPPERHILL, TENNESSEE


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all members of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the city of Copperhil, Tennessee (the “City”) and all residents of said City and to all persons interested, that an open public and called meeting of the Board of Mayor and Alermen of the city will be held at City Hall, Copperhill, Tennessee at 5 o’clock p.m. local time, on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, for the purpose of considering all matters as may be properly presented to the board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City, including without limitation the consideration of an and initial resolution and a detailed bond resolution authorizing the issuance of a $500,000 Water and Sewer Revenue and Tax Bond, Series 2008, the proceeds of which will be used to construct water and sewer system improvements and extensions.
